What Success Really Looks Like (Spoiler: It’s Not What You Think)

People keep telling me,“Bonnie! You’re everywhere! I’m following you on social, and I saw you on TV! You must be killing it!”
And I smile and say, “Thank you!”But in my head, I’m thinking: Girl, I still cross my legs when I sneeze, take frequent naps, and sometimes forget what day it is.
Let’s set the record straight.
Success, for me, doesn’t look like a fancy office, a team of coaches, or making millions (yet). It’s not about being “booked and busy” 24/7. That just sounds exhausting, honestly.
Here’s what success actually looks like to me:
🌟A woman who looks in the mirror and smiles, not because she’s lost weight, but because she’s learned to treat herself with care and compassion.
🌟Someone who’s no longer afraid to go to her doctor and speak up about her symptoms.
🌟A woman who tells me, “You made me feel seen.”
🌟Someone who tells me, “I have energy again—and I didn’t even have coffee!”🌟A woman who proudly says, “I put myself first today. No guilt.”
🌟Someone who finally stopped Googling “Is this menopause or am I dying?”🌟And yes, someone who sleeps through the night without plotting her partner’s death due to snoring. #victory
So yeah, maybe I am killing it—but not because I’m on visible.I’m successful because the women I work with are feeling better, showing up for themselves, and finally feeling like they have a say in their own health.
That’s the kind of success I’ll take over “influencer fame” any day.
Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got a hot flash to survive and a client win to celebrate.
Bonnie
