Hi, I’m Bonnie Papajohn—coach, encourager, and fierce advocate for women in midlife.

I know firsthand how overwhelming the changes of perimenopause and menopause can be. At 50, I found myself navigating a divorce, a slowing metabolism, mood swings I didn’t recognize, and a deep desire to feel like myself again. I knew I had to make a shift—and I did. That journey led me to build a full-time career doing what I love most: helping other women do the same.

I’m a Certified Health & Nutrition Coach, Certified Menopause Specialist, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Personal Trainer with over 15 years in the health and wellness space. But more than that, I’m a woman who’s walked this path, just like you.

​

Through my practice, Dahlia Health & Nutrition Coaching LLC, I guide women to reclaim their energy, reset their hormones, and rebuild a healthy relationship with their bodies. 

​

This isn’t just about weight loss. It’s about waking up with more clarity, sleeping through the night, feeling confident in your skin, and knowing you’re not alone in any of it. My approach is grounded in science, but always comes with a big dose of compassion, humor, and real-life understanding.
