Bonnie Bernardin Papajohn

I have a true personal passion for embracing fitness and smart nutrition as part of a healthy lifestyle, and I’ve turned that passion into a career helping others successfully do the same. Certified as a personal trainer as well as both a health and nutrition coach, I’m able to combine my experience and expert knowledge to guide my clients in creating and sustaining new habits to significantly improve their lives. For me, it’s unbelievably rewarding.

Health Coaching

Using evidence-based skillful conversation to empower clients to improve their health by setting goals and guiding the client to achieve those goals.  This can pertain to diet, stress, sleep, lifestyle, exercise, and more.  At Dahlia, we focus on long-lasting and sustainable changes.

Nutrition Coaching

Our goal is on nutrition education, making smarter food choices that are sustainable. 

 

This type of coaching also includes breaking down what works for each individual. Customer-specific recipe guides are included.

Fitness Coaching

Our focus is on what type of exercise is right for each individual and the benefits of overall movement for the brain, heart, and body.

This type of coaching is more of a guidance than a personal trainer style.
